We collect only what you give us on a form:
Our forms also record the date and time you submitted and the page or ad you submitted from. We do not ask for and do not want financial account numbers, government identification numbers, or any similar sensitive information.
We use your information to call or email you about the land sale you asked about, to confirm your arrival time, and to answer your questions. If you tell us you are interested in a future sale, we may contact you about that as well.
By submitting a form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email at the number and address you provided, including through automated dialing systems. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP. Our Text Message Terms explain what texts we send and how to stop them.
We share your information with the service providers who help us run this site and manage our leads, such as our web host, our form and automation tools, our spreadsheet and email providers, and our phone system. Those providers use your information only to provide services to us.
If you submit a form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta collects that information and passes it to us, and Meta's own privacy policy applies to what Meta does with it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share mobile phone numbers, text message opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our phone and texting provider, and only so they can deliver our messages.
We keep lead information for as long as we are actively working with you and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
This site may use cookies and similar technologies, including advertising pixels from Meta, to measure how our ads perform. You can control cookies through your browser settings and your ad preferences through your Facebook or Instagram account settings.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Call 1-866-870-2765 and tell us what you would like us to do. Texas residents and residents of other states with privacy laws have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about them and to request its deletion; we honor those requests regardless of where you live.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
